CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

We provide direct services for evaluating or taking your evaluation already conducted.

We can also project manage your corrective action plan by fully working with members of your team on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom schedule.

Project management includes, but is not limited to:

Bringing contractors onsite and/or communicating with them to give price quotes to complete work needed
Working onsite with the contractor to complete the work
Evaluating the work to ensure the corrective action has been met once completed.
Repeating the process highlighted for additional work needed that is discovered as needed once complete

STATEGIC PLANNING

We provide direct services for working with your safety professional onsite, personnel member who is handling safety responsibilities, or directly managing the process for evaluation of the current state of requirements and desired outcomes.

Once the current state has been determined, then we can provide the same options to the following, but not limited to:

Target for the current or next year to continual improve the baseline metrics
Gap Analysis for key and/or all improvement areas
Experimental Projects
Corrective Action List(s)
Metric Calculations for monthly (or other interval) review

PROBLEM SOLVING

We provide direct services for problem solving efforts to identify root cause(s) and corrective actions to be able to solve issues properly. In most cases, a problem is solved for, however it is only a condition that led to the root cause. By not solving the root cause the first time, then there will be the same, if not similar risk for re-occurrence.

Situations where problem solving is beneficial can be used for, but limited to the following below:

OSHA Recordable/Reportable Injuries
First Aid Injuries
Significant Near Misses to people or property
General Near Misses
"Good Catches"/Hazard Observations

MACHINE GUARDING

We provide direct services to identify where guarding is needed and can be improved with all machinery used at your site(s). Following our analysis, then we provide a report with regulatory requirements and injury risk related to discovered findings.

Similar to other service options, we also can provide a Project Manager feature to work with a representative from your site and/or entirely manage the process.

Project management will be helpful for the reasons below, but not limited to:

Contractor design specifications for guarding
Contractor selection based on design and other factors
Pricing and negotiation between contractor options.

LOTO PROCEDURES

We provide direct services to perform traditional analysis of Lockout/Tagout programs, however we also provide services to create specific Lockout/Tagout Procedures for each Lockout point at your site(s).

In addition to the analysis for what is needed for each Lockout point, we also provided the following options below, but are not limited to:

Standard LOTO program creation
LOTO evaluations
Creation, Print, and Lamination of LOTO procedures for each Lockout
Training for all employees authorized and affected

AUDITING

We provider services to perform initial and follow-up audits for the overall site or for specific areas. We use a n auditing criteria that looks at risk register to prioritize the highest risk corrective action items first, then for each category below.

We offer a project management feature, which helps after the audit is completed by providing the following options, which are not limited to:

Creating a corrective action plan
Routine meetings to communicate progress being completed by internal or external resources
Directly working with contractors to schedule work for corrective actions
Working with internal resources to have contractors complete work and/or facilitating work with contractors onsite.

OSHA ABATEMENT

We help organizations at informal conferences, at contests of citations, and in general with citations that are received. Working with your organization or directly interacting with OSHA, we help build the relationship needed.

OSHA

STAR/VPP

We provide services to evaluate your existing program or use your existing program evaluation to accomplish getting the recognition you deserve.

We can assist in getting you started with an OSHA Star recognition, or directly to OSHA VPP, which will be based on the initial evaluation.

We can manage the entire process up to and including getting the recognition award for your site, then can also assist to ensure maintain it as well.
